The Captain’s Handbook is a digital download, so all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds.

Why

You get the full handbook the moment you pay, and a downloaded file can’t be returned. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this ends your right to cancel. Please read what’s inside on our homepage before you buy.

If something is wrong with the file

If the download link doesn’t work, the file won’t open or pages are missing, email hi@captainhalvard.com from the address you paid with. We’ll fix it or send you a new copy.
